Red Moons Studios is a group that creates music video’s, mainly for rap artists. But, they decided to broaden their work a bit and started Red Moons Events. For their first ever event they askes me to create visuals for them.
This first edition took take place in Club Air in Amsterdam and they wanted to theme the visuals as celestial bodies.
Club Air has high flying screens, a background screen for the artists and screens in the VIP booths. For this even we created coherent visuals for all screens.
This is a highlight video of the event. Not in the best quality, but it was the best I could get.
First off I sat down with the people of RM Events to discuss the theme and how to present it. With them I held a concepting workshop to figure out how they wanted to visualise their concept and what style the different celestial bodies had to have.

With that in place I started creating the visuals for the different celestial bodies. During this project I got the change to really play around with 3D animated textures.
I also created 3D animated versions of their logos which would be displayed throughout the club and a transitional visual representing a hyperspace effect.
